Streaming on all TV’s (including the bedrooms) is available as well as cable in the main room. The house is also complemented by access to two beautiful community pools, offering a refreshing break after a fun-filled day at the beach. Plus, stay active with access to tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. All within walking distance. Kiva Dunes Golf Course is also just 5 minutes away by car. There are two beach access points very close by. One is private and one is public with parking. The private beach access is just a short walk away, so you can easily enjoy the beach with the hassle of driving. If you prefer to drive, the public access is just as close and has roughly a dozen parking spots. This house is ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or multiple families, and will provide an unforgettable stay. This is a very quiet community that has a resort feel. No regrets here! Guest are required to follow the below house rules. Any guest in violation of these rules will be asked to leave with no refund. • Guest responsible for booking must be 25 years or older and be staying on property during the requested stay. Hosts may request photo-id of drivers license • No additional guests outside of the booking party are allowed. • Absolutely no parties, no smoking, and no pets. Please do not hang towels or other items from the railing. There are hooks in the outdoor shower area located in garage. • Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. Noise should be kept at a minimum during those hours. Guests may be asked to leave if noise levels disturb other guests. • For optimal cooling, please keep the thermostat between 68 and 75. • If items are left behind, host will attempt to locate and ship back at guests request. If shipped back to guest, the guest will pay all charges associated with the return including shipping charges and a handling fee of $30 for locating and shipping the item. Thank you!
